This item is a fully posable action figure with real fabric/vinyl clothing. This figure comes with 2 sets of interchangeable gloves, a built-in takara body (G.I. Joe), black back cape, weapon and other accessories. Stands about 12 inch tall. Highly recommended. It does not require either paint or cement to complete or use.
