Shipping Information

When will Japanese Toy Link ship my order?

1. All items on your order are in stock.
2. You request shipment of the available items.
3. Your order is over two weeks old and some items on it are available.
4. When JTL has received the payment from you. After we've received the payment, it'll take approximately 2 to 3 business days to process your order and get your order ready for shipment so please be patient.
5. Order will not be process for shipment on the weekends and or holidays. Also, order which came late Friday will not start process until the following Monday.
6. A "Shipping Notice email will be send out to you along with the tracking number after your order's been shipped.

Shipping cost:

1. All orders will ship out by USPS Priority Mail with insurance with free delivery confirmation, it's fast (2-4 days), safe and it won't cost much. For more information about how much your shipment will cost please visit their web site at: http://www.USPS.com/ (United States Postal Service) online and use their "Domestic Calculator" for shipping cost. When you do, please add insurance on it. We will provide you the weight of your order.
2. You can request for none-insured, but we will not held responsible for any damage or lost package once your order left our warehouse.

1. All your orders will ship out by USPS Global Express Airmail (EMS) with insurance, it's fast, safe. For more information about how much your shipment will cost to your location please visit USPS (United States Postal Service) online and use their "International Calculator" for shipping cost. When you do, please put the amount to be insured add insurance on it. We will provide you the amount to be insure and the weight of your order.
2. You can request for none-insured, but we will not held responsible for any damage or lost package once your order left our warehouse.
